Trudea The Arexevan Racing owned Hint has come through his run last Friday on the Kranji Polytrack without incident and will now be prepared for the Penang Gold Cup on Xmas Day.

Ridden by Apprentice Shafiq Rusof, the Reset Gelding shook out a few cobwebs when he ran home from 9th position on the turn to finish 6th beaten 4.6 lengths.

We will be happy to have Hint bck on the turf after a rare appearance on the Polytrack, however the 1800m hit out was a perfect tune up for the Gold Cup in 9 days time.

The Penang Gold Cup held over 2200m at Group One Level will run with a field of 7 starters. After originally being handicapped with 50kg it appears Hint has been re-handicapped to 51.5kg.

The full field is Fighter Jet, Good Nature, Eagle, Good Feel, Lim's Fighter, Hint and Tears For Diamonds.

V.Sivan will jump back on Hint after he last rode the horse to a very good 4th in the Singapore Gold Cup.

Hint has been a revelation for the Arexevan Racing Stable this year. The Gold Cup start will be his 18th in 2011 and will see him go for a long spell, win lose or draw after Sunday's race.
